FlyingHost offers a 14-day free trial so customers can evaluate the service before a paid subscription begins.

Free Trial

New customers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to start the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the selected payment method will be charged.

Refunds

Because FlyingHost provides a 14-day free trial period, all payments are generally non-refundable once a paid subscription begins.

We encourage customers to fully evaluate the service during the trial period before continuing with a paid subscription.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Unauthorized payments
  • Situations where required by applicable law

Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using the service.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate associated services.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
